Accompagnement et mise en place de compensations

L’accompagnement des apprenants en situation de handicap vise à garantir l’accessibilité, l’égalité des chances et la réussite en formation, en adaptant l’environnement, la pédagogie et l’évaluation sans baisser les exigences de la formation.

AMCA accorde une importance particulière à l’accueil des personnes en situation de handicap. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour trouver les compensations les plus adaptées à chaque situation de handicap afin de permettre la transmission des savoirs, savoir-faire et savoir-être.

Démarche d’accompagnement 
  1. Accueil & repérage des besoins : Entretien (avec consentement), analyse des situations d’apprentissage, points de vigilance.
  2. Évaluation des impacts en formation : Quels obstacles (temps, lecture, écriture, mobilité, communication, fatigue, douleurs, attention…) ?
  3. Plan d’aménagement : Formaliser : adaptations pédagogiques, techniques, organisationnelles, modalités d’évaluation.
  4. Mise en œuvre : Coordination formateurs/administration, accès aux outils, briefing des intervenants.
  5. Suivi et ajustements : Points réguliers, adaptation si évolution de l’état de santé ou du rythme.

Votre interlocutrice privilégiée : la référente handicap

Le référent handicap informe, conseille et accompagne les personnes en situation de handicap. Elle favorise leur accueil et intégration. Le référent handicap échange avec le stagiaire afin de déterminer la typologie du handicap et les besoins de compensation nécessaires. Elle voit ensuite comment les mettre en œuvre et aider dans les modalités de prise en charge.

Learning cinema today also means mastering tools that meet professional standards. This is why AMCA provides its students with an exceptional technical environment. Our premises, designed to promote creativity and collaboration, are equipped with the latest generation of audiovisual equipment. 4K digital cameras, high-end sound equipment, professional editing stations, professional editing stations, soundproof studios, calibration room, mixing room, TV control rooms: each space is designed to reproduce real shooting and post-production conditions. Entering AMCA means embarking on a structuring journey, which does not end with the diploma. Our mission is to support each student beyond training, until their integration into the world of work. From the last year, we offer personalized support for professional integration: writing artistic files, preparing for calls for projects, helping to create a business or an intermittent status, networking with recruiters or producers, etc.

Numerous mechanisms are in place to facilitate this transition: pitch events, job advertising platforms, individual coaching, interview preparation modules, mentoring by former students. This follow-up is possible thanks to a strong link with our network of alumni, who are regularly asked to intervene or recruit.
