Personal data collected on the site is collected only via:
- Contact form : first name, last name, email, telephone, message.
- Application form : first name, last name, contact details, school/professional information, documents (CV, diplomas, portfolio).
- Internship form : first name, last name, contact details, information relating to the internship offer or the application, documents (CV, cover letter).
When simply browsing the site, no personally identifiable data is collected automatically, apart from cookies necessary for the operation of the site and anonymized visit statistics.
3. Purposes of the treatment
Your personal data is collected for the following purposes:
- Respond to requests sent via the contact form.
- Manage applications and registrations for the courses offered.
- Manage applications for internship offers and internship proposals received.
- Allow administrative and educational follow-up of students.
- Produce internal statistics for monitoring and improving services.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is based on:
- Your consent (article 6.1.a of the RGPD) when using the forms.
- The execution of pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b of the RGPD) in the context of an application or registration.
- Legitimate interest of the AMCA to ensure the management and security of its website.
5. Data retention period
- Contact form : 3 years maximum after the last contact.
- Application form : 2 years maximum after the end of the selection procedure if the application is not accepted.
- Internship form : 2 years maximum after the end of the selection procedure.
- Enrolled students : for the duration of schooling and 5 years after the end of training, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Data recipients
The data collected is intended exclusively forAMCA and to its administrative and educational teams.
They are not transmitted to any third party without your consent, except under legal obligation or at the request of the competent authorities.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right to access, rectify and delete your data.
- Right to limitation of treatment and to object.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
