Training rooted in practice and excellence
In the film industry, raw talent is not enough. Training is an essential step in acquiring technical skills, developing an artistic vision and building a professional network. At AMCA, we focus on immersive, practice-based pedagogy. Our students participate in numerous evolving projects, ranging from interviews to fictional short films, including advertising. These concrete experiences are essential for mastering the cinematographic language and preparing for the realities of the profession.
Our three-year program combines:
- Theoretical courses to lay solid foundations in film analysis and film history.
- Practical and supervised work to experiment with writing, staging, photo direction, editing and production.
- Professional internships integrated throughout the curriculum, allowing direct immersion in the industry.
A springboard for enthusiasts
The AMCA is for everyone, even without previous experience in cinema. The first year introduces the fundamentals: screenwriting, directing actors, editing, producing and directing photography. The first two years, structured around a common core, allow students to discover all the professions in cinema and to develop a global understanding of the creative process.
At the end of the second year, each student chooses a specialization from:
- Achievement
- Montage
- Scenario
- Production
This specialization, coupled with personalized support, makes it possible to build an ambitious and viable professional project, while developing a personal style.
A unique ecosystem to grow
The AMCA is not only a school, it is a space for meetings and exchanges. We regularly organize meetings with professionals (directors, actors, actors, producers, screenwriters) to inspire our students and offer them networking opportunities. These interactions, combined with teaching provided by trainers recognized in the 7th art, guarantee excellent training.
In a sector that is constantly evolving, our program is designed to empower students with creative autonomy. They learn to learn, create, and collaborate, making movies and documentaries that reflect their vision. At the end of their training, our graduates leave with:
- Solid technical and artistic know-how.
- A network of professional contacts.
- A personal project ready to be launched in the industry.
